Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17
Amazing God, we give you glory for being good to us. We thank you for all that you have done for each of us. Thank you for not giving up on us when we get off track. You are longsuffering and patient with us. We realize we don't deserve the favor you show us. Yet, because of your enduring love for us, we can find joy in our situation. Lord, we rejoice and we are glad in you. We are learning to praise our way out of our situation. We are learning to give you glory and honor in every situation. You are good when things are perfect, you are still good when there are struggles. Lord, we will walk and talk with you today. Show us your glory as we press in and seek your presence.
Lord meet us as we pray without ceasing. Meet us as we pray in our secret place. Meet us as we pray corporately meet us as we pray while we are walking. Meet us today right where we are in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
